    • Answer: 1 foot in diameter, 1 foot high. Our stand is also 1 foot in diameter and 1 foot high.  So combined the brewer + stand is 1 foot in diameter and 2 feet high

  • Question: I bought the continuous brewing system and I’m having a hard time attaching the rubber band. What should I do?
    • Answer: We found a technique on how to do it and that is to use two rubber bands. Attach the first rubber band to the mouth of the brewer, use the cloth to cover the brewer then finally attach the second rubber band.
  • Question: I registered to become a member but the password that was sent to me doesn’t work. What should I do?

  • Question: Are your continuous brewing systems BFA and Lead-free?

    • Answer: Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $150. Free shipping method will be determined by the type of product(s) purchased and is limited to the 48 contiguous states. Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders Over $150, use coupon code INT150 and get $15.00 off international shipping.

    • Answer:  Yes, you can return your order provided that was not opened and you return it within 60 days after the shipping date. If it was a result of our error, we will be happy to pay for the return costs.

  • Question: What information do you collect from me and how do you use it?
